Aoife Mulhearne | Management Consultant - Manager | Kearney

I joined global management consultancy Kearney as a Business Analyst in 2018 and over the past 7.5 years have supported clients in solving complex strategic challenges. After gaining broad experience across multiple industries early in my career, I am now a Manager in Kearney’s Consumer Goods team, working with leading global CPG organisations on commercial and portfolio strategy topics, primarily within large-scale, end-to-end transformation programmes.

Based in London, I work closely with teams and clients across Europe, and elected to spend five months based in Brazil working with local teams and clients. These experiences gave me exposure to a diverse range of market contexts, business challenges, opportunities and cultural perspectives. Alongside my client work, I am committed to promoting gender equity and inclusion within our firm. I lead the London GAIN (Gender Alliance and Inclusion Network) team, driving initiatives that support gender diversity and equity. I am an active member of the European GAIN leadership team, and contribute to our London DEI team. I am deeply passionate about driving gender equality within the firm and I have received recognition from peers, juniors and leaders in the business for the role that I am playing in this context.

I hold a CEMS Master’s in International Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BA in Business Studies and German from Trinity College Dublin, having studied in Ireland, Hong Kong and Germany.

Victoria Hall | Co-Founder and Employment Lawyer | Impact Lawyers

Victoria Hall is Co-Founder of Impact Legal and Business Services, a legal and business consultancy intentionally built to support growing businesses in a more human, collaborative and commercially grounded way.

Her career began in the RAF, where she led and managed teams of up to 250 people across the UK and overseas. That experience shaped her people focused leadership style early on. She later retrained as an employment lawyer, but quickly realised that legal advice on its own was rarely enough to solve complex workplace challenges. Wanting to support clients in a more meaningful way, she also qualified in HR and developed her work in leadership, management and coaching.

Victoria spent 12 years in the corporate legal world before choosing a different path. One that better reflected her values. She became an independent legal consultant, ran her own leadership and management training business and ultimately co-founded Impact with Kevin Withane. The aim: to create a model that combines legal, commercial and human insight to help founders, leaders and HR teams make confident decisions. Since launching publicly in May 2025, the business has exceeded its three-year plan within its first calendar year.

Victoria is described as wise; bringing knowledge, empathy and sensible risk management.

Outside work, she is a proud mother of three girls, a Trustee, an NED, a fundraiser and someone deeply committed to resilience, growth and making a meaningful impact.

Hanieh Bazargan | Associate Director - People Operations | BGIS

Originally from Iran, I moved to the UK at 18 to continue my education and build a safe and independent future. My academic journey began with an undergraduate degree, followed by postgraduate study in International Relations and Diplomacy, then Law, before undertaking doctoral research in Political Economy, which I pursued for five years. This path shaped my perspective on leadership, equity, and the structural barriers that can affect opportunity.

During the Covid period, I made the decision to pivot my career and move into HR, driven by a desire to make a direct impact on people’s working lives. Since entering the profession, I have progressed from HR and Procurement Coordinator to Associate Director – People Operations within five years, building my career in the facilities management sector, a traditionally male-dominated industry.

As a woman of colour rebuilding my career in a new country and industry, I understand how powerful mentorship, visibility, and opportunity can be. I was fortunate to be supported by exceptional female leaders early in my career, and their mentorship shaped the leader I strive to be today.

I am passionate about championing women in the workplace and helping create environments where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to progress and lead.
