She is the UKI Master Data Management Capability Lead at Accenture, where she works with organisations across sectors to design and implement data governance and master data capabilities that enable trusted analytics, AI adoption, and better decision-making.
With over a decade of experience in data and technology, Sherifat has led data transformation initiatives that help organisations establish trusted data foundations to support digital transformation and emerging AI use cases. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between strategy and delivery, ensuring that data governance and management frameworks translate into real business value.
Beyond her client work, Sherifat is a recognised industry voice and regularly speaks at international conferences on data governance, master data management, and responsible AI adoption. She is passionate about supporting the next generation of technology leaders and founded the Women in Data & AI community at Accenture, creating a platform for connection, mentorship, and visibility for women in the field.
