Ana-Rosa Broster | Senior Payments Product Manager | Virgin Media O2
I was fortunate to attend a school that actively encouraged STEM subjects at A-Level. I went on to achieve a BEng in Manufacturing Engineering, Management, and Spanish at the University of Nottingham, followed by a postgraduate MSc in Technology Management at the University of Surrey.
My career began at Nottingham City Council, as an administrative assistant. A few months later, I became the IT Team Leader of the Youth Offending Team, managing a small team and providing solutions to track technology issues. This gave me an opportunity to develop my leadership and problem-solving skills. An exciting opportunity arose to move to Spain. We stayed for six years, during which I worked as a system analyst for Accenture. In this role, I contributed to a large project for a pharmaceutical company, working on a large data migration project across 40 countries. Over the last 10 years, I have worked to support the continued evolvement of payments services in Virgin Media O2, focusing on improving the customer experience and balancing compliance requirements. I have led and been integral to numerous projects: Future-proofing my products through large transformation projects, a checker giving O2 customers more information on charges on their bill, enhanced payment flows, listening to customers feedback and implementing changes to payment flows that reduced complaints significantly and led a cross-network project to combat phishing by SMS. In this last year I have also become co-chair of the Women’s Network helping to support and champion women and allies in our business.
Charlotte Moir | Account Manager | BT
Once graduating from the University of Strathclyde in 2020, I secured a place on the BT Graduate scheme in Project Management.
After 2x rotations within BT Global helping to support exec leadership teams and leading on transformation projects, I was approached to support the BT Global sales team which gave me an understanding of the role of an Account Manager. I have always been a people person and love creating and maintaining relationships - this combined with the PM style side of the role made for a good fit and was when I decided that this was a role I wanted to pursue. Alongside my role I was involved in creating and running a ’Women in Sales’ interview campaign within BT which showcased the inspiring talent with an aim to encourage more women to consider a career in Sales at BT. In August 2022 I secured a role as Global Account Manager supporting one of our largest Global Banking customers - this was a huge learning curve for me and something completely new, I was supported by a great sales team who I learnt so much from. In Sept 2024 I was then promoted and continued my Account Manager role but this time I was supporting 11 of my own, smaller customers and managing their BT relationship end to end. I absolutely love this role, the fast paced nature and the great sense of value that I feel I bring to many of our B&FS organisations.

Satu Laura Irena Nuoramo | Alliance Lead | Zoom
Tech and digital are in my blood! I started my career almost 20 years ago in Computacenter in London, selling IT solutions, cold-calling and was part of a successful ”A team” group of 10 people selected as top performers.
Moved to Dublin to work at Google to service the Finnish market for AdWords team along with Nordic colleagues. That consisted of digital strategies, e-commerce optimisations, SEO/SEM and other search engine performance metrics and tools as well as relationship management with different stakeholders. I left Google to pursue my own business and realize my dream of autonomy, moved to Australia in the meantime and did marketing projects for Telstra’s sub-businesses in Melbourne. Came back to Europe and started working at Oracle in 2016, moving to Amsterdam from Malaga, Spain and serving the Finnish cloud market once again until moving to Sales Facilitation as a trainer in 2019. Once the pandemic hit and everyone transitioned to virtual, I became a user and an advocate for Zoom, who I ended up joining in February of 2022 where I have been proud to call home ever since. Am currently an Alliance Lead for AWS at Zoom, where I manage the strategic partnership of the two tech giants in EMEA and could not be loving my job more.
