I am a Content Innovation Analyst working at the intersection of creativity, technology, and people. My career to date has been shaped by curiosity, clear communication, and a belief that technology should make work better, simpler, and more human.

In my role, I help bridge the gap between creative teams and technology, supporting clients to modernise how they work and unlock marketing efficiencies through digital solutions. My focus is not on technology for technology’s sake, but on how tools can improve collaboration, streamline processes, and enable teams to spend more time on meaningful creative work. I work across multiple projects, driving innovation and helping clients adopt new ways of working that are practical, scalable, and people led.

My route into technology was unconventional. Having studied English Literature, French, and IT, I developed a strong interest in how people communicate and how ideas are shaped and understood. That interest led me into the technology sector, where I learned that success depends as much on understanding people and their challenges as it does on understanding systems. Even in a technology focused field, human instinct, empathy, and judgement remain essential.
