Anupama Hatti is the Head of Programme Delivery (Digital, Data & Technology Services) at NHS Blood and Transplant, where she leads large-scale digital transformation across life-critical national systems that support patient safety, clinical resilience and operational sustainability.

With over 23 years of experience across healthcare, aerospace, defence, telecoms and digital transformation, Anupama has built a career delivering complex change in highly regulated environments. Since joining NHSBT in 2023, she has played a key leadership role in stabilising and advancing major transformation programmes, including blood technology modernisation, digital delivery improvement and resilience initiatives supporting frontline services.

Known for her calm, values-driven leadership style, Anupama brings clarity to complexity, strengthening governance, improving delivery confidence and building inclusive, high-performing teams. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel empowered to contribute, grow and lead, regardless of background or role.

Alongside her day role, Anupama is the Co-Chair of the NHSBT Women’s Network, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on women in STEM, professional development, safe spaces and allyship. She is also a STEM Ambassador, school governor, mentor and panel speaker, actively supporting the next generation of technology leaders through outreach, education and community engagement.
