An IT engineer by background, now specialising in cybersecurity compliance and AI governance, with over five years of industry experience, including more than two years focused on cybersecurity. I have proven expertise in developing and implementing compliance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27018, and SOC 2, supported by strong capabilities in cloud security, third-party risk management, and data visualisation using Power BI.

I am deeply committed to advancing AI governance, cybersecurity compliance, and diversity within the field. I contribute as a Peace Corps Volunteer with the Cyber Peace Institute, serve as a reviewer and contributor to the CSA AI Safety Working Group, and mentor through organisations including BlackGirlsHack, Darktrace, and Royal Holloway’s Information Security Group.

I played a leading role in Darktrace becoming the first UK organisation and the first cybersecurity company globally to achieve ISO/IEC 42001 certification. I am also a co-author of the widely discussed MCP Security: Risks, Controls, and Governance paper.

My contributions have been recognised through finalist positions in several prestigious awards, including the SheShapesAI Global Award, Most Inspiring Women in Cybersecurity, and Computing Excellence Rising Security Star.
