Dr. Manpreet is a chartered psychologist, TEDx speaker and social entrepreneur whose pioneering work sits at the intersection of clinical practice, academic research, and systemic advocacy. She holds a PhD with a specialism in behavioural addictions and is completing a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology – a dual doctoral pathway that uniquely informs her integrative approach.

Her mission to decolonise psychology and expand its public impact has been recognised with multiple national awards, including the prestigious British Psychological Society Diversity prize. An authentic voice in public discourse, she has shared her insights on mental health and addiction on platforms like ITV’s Good Morning Britain and has been invited to speak on international stages.

Demonstrating a commitment to creating platforms for underrepresented voices, she recently conceived, organised, and self-funded a landmark event at the Houses of Parliament titled “Women Who Decolonise” for International Women’s Day 2026. She also mentors the next generation of influential voices by coaching upcoming TEDxNHS speakers.
