
Beatrice Siyanbola is a Valuation Analyst leading decision analysis for low-carbon energy projects across Europe and Asia, including hydrogen and low-carbon fuels. She applies economic, regulatory, and financial analysis to guide capital allocation and assess the viability of emerging energy technologies.
A chemical engineer by training, Beatrice brings a strong technical foundation to this role, having built her career across planning, hydrocarbon management, and operations in gas processing. She began as a Planning and Performance Engineer, driving asset management strategies and benchmarking exercises to improve safety, cost efficiency, and production performance across the Scottish gas value chain.
Most recently on the technical side, she served as Production Operations Supervisor and Engineer at an LPG fractionation plant, leading a team of five to deliver safe, efficient operations across ethane, propane, butane, and gasoline production.
Beyond her professional work, Beatrice is passionate about leadership, diversity and early careers development in energy. She sits on the Advisory Board for Grid-UK, mentors young professionals, volunteers with the European Youth Energy Network and the Girls in Energy programme, and regularly coaches students on the evolving energy industry.
She was named one of the Top 20 Black Women in the UK Energy Industry in 2025.
