Instrumental in launching and driving the UK&I digital strategy in MasterCard. In 2015, I was one of the key pillars in the UK market launch of our tokenisation technology and Apple Pay, one of the biggest developments in the industry since chip and pin. Identified as high potential within the company, I was chosen as one of 12 worldwide candidates to take part in the inaugural early career talent rotation programme. I am currently consulting in Mexico City, advising on the digital strategy of our customers in the market and providing internal digital training programmes to colleagues. Passionate for equality, I coordinated a personal development programme for our Women’s Leadership Network for over 40 members of our network. As part of the PRIDE group launch committee in Mexico, I work to remove barriers, stereotypes and stigmas, enabling acceptance both internally and externally. I managed MasterCard’s relationship with Poplar Food Bank driving financial inclusion through volunteering and donations. Part of Girl4Tech, I am a STEM ambassador encouraging future talent to pursue STEM subjects.
