Customer Account Management Support | Bloomberg LP

Lisa works in customer account management support across different sales teams and products at Bloomberg LP and focuses on issues related to bridging gaps between departments, managing large client projects, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and the clients’ experience. The role requires to act as an indispensable business partner to Sales and clients, providing advisory and support to Bloomberg’s Sales force.

Prior to this, she worked in our Customer Support team, where she was responsible for all German speakers of our frontline client support. This experience also allowed her to work with our internal innovations team where Lisa managed to drive initiatives for our mobile app and internal workflows.

Lisa studied Hospitality Management with Real Estate Finance and Revenue Management at the Glion Institute of Higher Education. There she had been recognised as Top10 student by the “Eta Sigma Delta Honor Society” and nominated with Best Dissertation and The Glion Spirit Award in recognition of her high level of scholarship, attitude and dedication.
